We use the service “Google Optimize” provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland, on our website. This service enables us to improve the attractiveness, content, and functionality of our website by displaying new features and content to a selected group of users and statistically evaluating changes in website usage. 3.3.4. Facebook Conversion Tracking Pixel
We use the Custom Audiences service of Facebook Inc. (1601 S. California Avenue, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA) for usage-based online advertising. For this purpose, we define target groups of users in the Facebook Ads Manager based on certain characteristics, who are then shown advertisements within the Facebook network. Users are selected by Facebook based on the profile information they provide and other data made available through their use of Facebook. If a user clicks on an advertisement and is subsequently redirected to our website, Facebook receives information via the Facebook pixel integrated on our website that the user has clicked on the advertising banner.
In general, a non-reversible and non-personal checksum (hash value) is generated from your usage data and transmitted to Facebook for analysis and marketing purposes. 3.3.5. Embedded YouTube videos
We use services provided by YouTube LLC, 901 Cherry Ave., San Bruno, CA 94066, USA, a company of the provider Google LLC, on our website. To protect your personal data, we use the enhanced privacy mode offered by YouTube. When you access a page on which a YouTube video is embedded, a connection to the YouTube servers is established, and the content is displayed on the website by notifying your browser. We also publish our job vacancies on social business networks such as LinkedIn, as well as on StepStone.
On these business networks and job platforms, our job postings are provided as links only. If you click on one of these links, you will be redirected to our online application tool. All data that you submit to us as part of the online application process is processed solely by us and will not be shared with third parties. We have no further knowledge of data processing carried out by the providers of the respective social platforms. 3.3.7. Mouseflow ApS web analysis tool
We use Mouseflow, a web analytics tool provided by Mouseflow ApS, Flaesketorvet 68, 1711 Copenhagen, Denmark, on our website. Individual, randomly selected visits are recorded, and the anonymized IP address of the visitor is transmitted to the provider of the tool. The tool enables us to create a record of mouse movements and clicks. These can be replayed on a sample basis as so-called session replays and analyzed in the form of so-called heatmaps, allowing us to identify potential improvements for this website.

3.3.8. Oracle Eloqua
We use the Eloqua service to optimize communication with our customers. The Eloqua servers of the provider Oracle Deutschland B.V. & Co. KG, Riesstraße 25, 80992 Munich, are located within the EU. As part of support and administrative services, it cannot be entirely ruled out that individual employees of Oracle Corporation outside the EU may, in individual cases, have access to user data in the course of providing contractual services. We have ensured an adequate level of data protection at Oracle Corporation through appropriate safeguards.
Eloqua places a persistent cookie on the respective registration page, unless an Eloqua cookie is already present on your device. 5. Data processing for Marketing purpose - Newsletter distribution
On our website, we offer you the opportunity to subscribe to our newsletter. To ensure that no errors occur when entering your email address, we use the so-called double opt-in procedure: after you enter your email address in the subscription field, we will send you a confirmation link. Your email address will only be added to our distribution list once you click this confirmation link.
